We offer Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, USDA, VA , HELOCs and tons of non government backed loans. Non government backed loans gives us ways to get approvals for loans that 99% of other lenders can't do. Our loans can be 8-30 years with fixed terms and 1-, 3-, 5-, 7-, and 10-year ARMs, and they start at a minimum loan value of $45,000. We can do loans for single family houses, townhomes, condos, manufactured homes, and 2-4 unit buildings and for primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. We even offer loans for mobile homes and construction. 


We have options for even 0% down using a VA or USDA loan or options for full down payment assistance using an FHA or conventional loan. We have DPA programs available in all states we work in and as low as a 580 credit score. We even have DPAs completely forgivable at closing. So, it's crazy low requirements.
